Measure alternating and direct currents from -20 A to +20 A with the ACS712 WPSE323 Current Sensor, ideal for electronics projects and power consumption monitoring.
Features
The ACS712 WPSE323 Current Sensor, manufactured by Whadda, measures both alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC). Based on the ACS712 chip, it offers a measurement range of -20 A to +20 A, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic applications.
Thanks to its analog output proportional to the measured current, this module makes it easy to monitor the power consumption of electrical devices, track power supply circuits, or carry out educational projects involving electricity.
Powered by a 5 V supply, the sensor provides an output voltage of 2.5 V when no current is flowing. Its sensitivity of 100 mV/A allows the current intensity to be calculated from the measured voltage.
Compact and easy to integrate, this module connects to an analog input on a compatible microcontroller, particularly an Arduino board. The required connection cables are sold separately.
