Descripción

ESP32-CAM with connector: the compact solution for your IoT projects with photo and video capture.

Features:

The ESP32-CAM board is a powerful and compact IoT module, equipped with an OV2640 camera, perfect for creating connected projects requiring photo or video capture.

Thanks to the integrated ESP32, this board offers WiFi connectivity that allows streaming the camera's video feed over a local network or the Internet.

Programmable via the Arduino IDE.

You can program the ESP32-CAM directly on the dedicated Vittascience interface.

Uses: WiFi surveillance camera, camera for robots, QR Code reader, facial recognition, etc.

Technical specifications:

  • Power supply: 3.3 or 5 VDC
  • Consumption: 2000 mA max
  • Microcontroller: 240 MHz ESP32
  • Memory:
    RAM: 520 KB
    PSRAM: 4 MB
  • Sensor compatibility: OV2640 (integrated) and OV7670

Notes:

When uploading the program, the IO pin must be grounded. This module can be programmed with the ESP32-CAM-NB adapter (not included, requires a USB Type-C cable) or via a USB-serial converter (GT1125 recommended with F/F BBJ15 cable).

A 5 VDC/2 A power supply is recommended for optimal use (see MV530N).
